Responsible for providing motivational and inspirational leadership and management for advisor teams on a daily basis, they ensure the delivery of a simply great service by making sure everyone has a thorough understanding of what is expected of them, and teams are continually motivated, supported and coached in achieving the best outcome for the customer.
Our leaders make the right decisions for our customers, whilst understanding the bigger picture for Sky. They do not make promises they cannot keep and they always keep promises they make – even if that means calling back customers themselves. They take a real pride in the contribution their team makes to customer satisfaction and they come up with great solutions that make things better for everyone.
