Customer Relations Advisor
If you combine great communication skills with lots of energy and enthusiasm, we would love your help in helping us to provide a truly outstanding level of service for people who have the highest of expectations.
It will be down to you to ensure that all customer contact results in a positive customer experience. Which means you must quickly gain an understanding of their needs and resolve any queries they may have, ideally without having to pass the call on to colleagues in another department.
We are a business that is all about people. So your skills as a natural communicator will be a big part of your success in this rewarding role, and will be essential if you are to achieve your performance targets.
To put our customers at ease, you must also have a telephone manner which is warm, friendly and engaging. Above all, we will be looking to you to build lasting relationships with customers that trust us to deliver an exceptional service.
The Application Process

- Your day at our assessment centre will include role play and a one-to-one interview.
