In Broadband we are looking for self driven, strong communicators who will strive to deliver first time resolutions to our customers. We want you to be able to ability to visualise customers experiences and anticipate what their needs are by using your questioning skills.
You'll be responding to customers’ enquiries via telephone helping them to get the very best from Sky Broadband – even when things haven’t quite gone to plan you’ll turn their customer experience into a positive one. For each customer, you'll listen to their unique needs and find a solution that's right for them.

The Application Process

- We will then give you a call for an informal telephone interview.
- If we believe you have real potential, we will then invite you along to one of our assessment centres.
- Your day at our assessment centre will include role play and a one-to-one interview.
