Sky Broadband is the UK’s fastest growing internet service provider and this is a position we’re looking to maintain through a commitment to providing our customers with an outstanding level of service. And when they do have technical problems, we like to resolve any issues first time, every time.
So our talented technical support team is the one to join if you are into helping people out with general technical, broadband or Sky Talk queries. As well as being the kind of person that has a methodical approach to solving customer problems.
It will be down to you to not only manage the customer experience, but enhance it at every opportunity. Which means that when calls come in, you will be expected to ask all the right questions, do some quick thinking and determine what could be going wrong, then advise customers what to do to put it right. In fact, our advisors resolve over three quarters of queries over the phone without even having to call out an engineer.
You will be working to performance targets, but we will provide you with full systems and product training that will help you meet them. Your contribution will also be recognised with an excellent rewards package.
The Application Process
- So we can learn a little about you, your first step would be to apply online.
- We will then give you a call for an informal telephone interview.
- If we believe you have real potential, we will then invite you along to one of our assessment centres.
- Your day at our assessment centre will include role play and a one-to-one interview.
