As a full-time Welcome Advisor with Sky in Stockport, you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to adapt the hours you work to the way you want to live your life outside of work — with the option of working three, four or five days a week across a two week shift pattern.
Obviously, with nearly ten million customers to keep happy, we need to make sure we’re fully covered at our busiest times — the only thing we ask is that you commit to two or three points across your 2 week shift pattern where we need to support our busy times (these will be discussed with you before you are asked to build your own shift).
We’ll be looking to you to work between 35 and 37.5 hours a week — again its your choice! So as you can see there’s plenty of flexibility when it comes to finding a work/life balance that suits your lifestyle.
Our new customer welcome centre is open from 8.30am to 11pm, seven days a week — meaning there are a lot of options you could choose from.
